Michelle Sweigart is the owner and President of Sweigart & Associates. She received her degree in Accounting from the School of Business at the University of San Diego, one of the top undergraduate business schools in the nation. Next, she spent fifteen years working for real estate developers in construction and property management. In 1988 she received her Real Estate Brokers license and moved into the purchasing and leasing of commercial, and later on, residential real estate. This is the extensive background and experience rhat has helped transition this company into the field services industry.

The crews and office staff are absolutely some of the best and most dedicated in the business. We have the trucks, the dump trailers, the tractors, and the riding mowers needed to service the very rural areas of our communities in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties. We use individuals and companies that are licensed whenever that is what is necessary to complete the job and in the best interest of our client. We are “by the book”; we protect ourselves by protecting our clients.
